Job Description

The Service Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting technicians, managing service schedules, and ensuring the accurate invoicing of work orders. This position offers a collaborative and fast-paced work environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Process timesheets and work orders from technicians
• Classify work orders as billable or warranty work
• Source and secure materials and equipment rentals as needed
• Invoice completed work orders, verifying accuracy with notes and photos
• Schedule and dispatch technicians for new service requests
• Support the team with administrative tasks and operational needs
• Foster a positive and transparent team environment
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a role supporting technicians, with experience in scheduling, billing, and dispatching
• High School Diploma required
• Basic computer proficiency
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities

Additional Details

• Work Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with some flexibility
• Start Date: Position starts as soon as the right candidate is identified
