Job Description
The Service Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting technicians, managing service schedules, and ensuring the accurate invoicing of work orders. This position offers a collaborative and fast-paced work environment where attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Process timesheets and work orders from technicians
- Classify work orders as billable or warranty work
- Source and secure materials and equipment rentals as needed
- Invoice completed work orders, verifying accuracy with notes and photos
- Schedule and dispatch technicians for new service requests
- Support the team with administrative tasks and operational needs
- Foster a positive and transparent team environment
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years in a role supporting technicians, with experience in scheduling, billing, and dispatching
- High School Diploma required
- Basic computer proficiency
- Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking abilities

- Work Schedule: 8:00 AM 5:00 PM, with some flexibility
- Start Date: Position starts as soon as the right candidate is identified
