Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring Clinical Quality LPNs! This role is remote / work from home. Please read below and apply with an updated resume for consideration.nnType: Four-month contract, opportunity for extension or full-time offernnSchedule: Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm CSTnnPay: $32.50 to $34.87 an hournnResponsibilities of the LPNnnAssisting in the review of medical records to highlight Star/HEDIS opportunities for the medical staff.nnReview medical records for data collection, data entry, and quality monitoring that close gaps in care.nnPartner with the leadership team, the practice administrative or clinical staff to identify trends observed and potential strategies to support the practice.nnCommunicate challenges or trends that may negatively impact quality outcomes.nnTrack and trend barriers/challenges that exist at their assigned groups so that better outcomes can be achieved including access to appointments lack of follow up on referrals, or inconsistent coding practices.nnNavigate multiple documentation systems and obtain medical record sections supportive of HEDIS/Star measures.nnSupport quality initiatives by requesting medical records from providers offices as needed.nnReceives and responds to incoming Clinical Quality inquiries from all communication venues: e.g. phone and fax queue, TruCare, or department e-mail box.nnConducts in-bound and out-bound calls for quality requirements including, but not limited to: medical records requests, contact verification.nnProvides clerical and/or administrative support to quality staff and managers for special projects and reporting needs.nnProvides excellent customer service by serving as a resource to all internal and external customers.nnMaintains education/knowledge base of HEDIS/STARs.nnQualifications for the LPNnnHigh school diploma or GED equivalentnnActive and good standing LPN license in TexasnnMinimum 2 years HEDIS experience and/or knowledgennSolid knowledge of managed care requirements related to clinical qualitynnStrong medical record review and abstraction preferrednnWhy work for Adecco?nnWeekly Paynn401(k) PlannnSkills TrainingnnExcellent medical, dental, and vision benefitsnnPay Details: $32.50 to $34.87 per hournnBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
