As a Quality Inspector, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of our products. Responsibilities Inspect automotive parts for defects and ensure conformance to quality standards Keep up with line speeds and perform repetitive motions Identify and distinguish colors and defects in painted parts Practice proper safety procedures at all times Be available to work any shift as required Qualifications Previous experience with identifying paint defects Ability to perform repetitive motions and lifting Ability to identify and distinguish colors and defects Commitment to practicing proper safety procedures Flexibility to work any shift This position will train on day shift Monday through Thursday 4am to 2:30pm for at least 4 weeks and then move to a full time Afternoon shift position, these hours are Monday through Thursday 2:30pm to 1:00am with an added $1.00 shift premium.
