Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of Landscape Maintenance Crew Leader experience required Must have a valid Florida driver's license Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening Responsibilities Manage and maintain a schedule to ensure service expectations are met Identify and report customer problems or concerns to the Operations Manager Assist in resolving customer service issues proactively Ensure work is performed safely and in accordance with company policies Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager to ensure client needs and expectations are consistently met or exceeded Deliver services as specified on client sites Identify more efficient ways to perform work Coordinate service execution with the Operations Manager Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to team members Provide feedback on crew members to the Operations Manager Assist in developing and training crew members Ensure equipment preventative maintenance is performed as needed and equipment is in good working order Participate in branch meetings as directed Accurately capture and turn in crew time logs Log equipment usage and maintenance cycles Compensation The salary for this position is $18 to $25 per hour , with monthly production bonuses. The final compensation package will be commensurate with experience.
