This is a role that requires strong leadership skills, emotional intelligence, a proactive and detail oriented approach. The candidate who will be most successful in this role is truly adept at building relationships with residents/guests. You should comprehend big picture initiatives and be able to execute capably in order to implement them on an operational level.

This DOO role will oversee other Director level positions and will report directly to the President.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of hospitality leadership (preferably Director of Rooms / Director of Front office)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline 5 -10 years of relevant experience
