Established and preeminent luxury lifestyle hospitality company (based in Southern CA) is seeking a talented hospitality professional for a Director of Operations position.

This is a role that requires strong leadership skills, emotional intelligence, a proactive and detail oriented approach. The candidate who will be most successful in this role is truly adept at building relationships with residents/guests. You should comprehend big picture initiatives and be able to execute capably in order to implement them on an operational level.

This company is comprised of a portfolio that includes 10+ properties and is poised for continued expansion / growth.

This DOO role will oversee other Director level positions and will report directly to the President.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hospitality leadership (preferably Director of Rooms / Director of Front office)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related discipline 5 -10 years of relevant experience
