Location: Candidates can sit fully remote but they will be expected to work EST hours and must be able to come onsite for 5 days a week, every 3 months in Columbia, MD
Contract Duration: 12+ months (with potential for conversion)
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our team and oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our contact/call center operations, specifically on the NiceCXone platform. This role offers the opportunity to work remotely for the most part, with occasional onsite requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions to improve contact/call center operations.
- Oversee the rollout of chatbots and explore the use of AI in future projects.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 5-7 years of proven experience as a Product Owner, with a strong background in call center platforms and omnichannel strategies.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong stakeholder management abilities.
- Experience with Wagile/hybrid methodologies.
- Preferably holds a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification or similar.
- Previous experience with NiceCXone or similar call center platforms.
