Job Description: Agile Business Analyst
Location: Plano, Texas 75024 (On-site 3 to 4 days a week)
Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agile Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies, with the ability to transition seamlessly between the two. This role requires excellent communication skills to work effectively with stakeholders, elicit and document detailed requirements, and translate these into technical specifications. While technical development skills are not required, the candidate must be adept at conveying business needs to technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
·Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather requirements.
· Requirements Elicitation: Conduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather detailed business requirements.
· Documentation: Create comprehensive requirement documents and translate them into technical specifications.
· Agile Practices: Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
· User Stories: Develop and maintain user stories, ensuring they are well-defined and understood by the development team.
Supply Chain Experience (Preferred): Experience in the supply chain industry is a plus.
· Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure requirements are understood and implemented correctly.
· Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
· Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of project delivery.
Qualifications:
· Experience: Proven experience as a Business Analyst in both Agile and Waterfall environments.
· Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
· Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Organizational Change Management: Demonstrated experience in managing organizational change, including training and support.
· Agile Methodologies: In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience in managing Scrum ceremonies.
· Driven and Curious: A proactive, go-getter attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
· Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Supply Chain Experience: Previous experience in the supply chain industry.
Work Environment:
· On-Site Requirement: This position requires working on-site in Plano, Texas, 3 to 4 days a week.
