Inventory Planner
Contract : 1 year
Location : Kirkland, WA
Job Description
Strong execution of data and processes is required. The successful candidate must possess the ability to operate from a company-wide perspective and encourage cross-functional and cross-business project development.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in data accuracy so all tools and processes function as expected.
- Manage inbound shipments : PO tracking & maintenance, fill rates, operational issues, vendor communications.
- Analyze inventory position and SKU performance to determine inventory needs.
- Execute on a variety of purchase order, in-stock, and vendor related systems and reports.
Qualifications:
Experience : 1 year of relevant experience as an Associate Planner or Associate Buyer.
Skills :
- Highly organized
- Self-starting
- Comfortable with business software, such as Excel
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Team-oriented
- Able to meet tight deadlines while working on several projects simultaneously

- Associate Planner or Associate Buyer experience
