We are seeking a passionate, experienced Sous Chef to lead and inspire our team. A qualified candidate will love service and be committed to upholding our culinary standards. You are a teacher at heart who inspires others to be service-minded, detailed and team oriented.

We Offer:

• Base salary $72,500-$77,500 plus Benefits and Perks

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of high-volume culinary management experience in a product driven environment
• A genuine passion for the restaurant industry and a passion for cooking
• Hire, train and develop a high performing, motivated and positive culinary team
• Adaptable, eager to learn and willingness to accept direction and coaching
• Basic knowledge and understanding of COGS
• Possess ingredient knowledge and an understanding of culinary trends
