What You’ll Do:

  • Cultivate Relationships: Build trust and loyalty with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Spot opportunities and work closely with the sales team to expand business.
  • Deliver Insights: Create and present customized KPI reports, PowerPoint business reviews, and optimization analyses.
  • Ensure Availability: Monitor stock levels to meet client demands seamlessly.
  • Respond Swiftly: Address client requests with speed and professionalism.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with customers, carriers, and internal departments to exceed expectations.
  • Support Sales Initiatives: Help boost revenue in your territory through proactive engagement.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma
  • Bilingual in French and English
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, or Account Management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
  • Experience with SAP or JD Edwards is a plus!
  • Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
