The Job

As a Proposal Writer you will have a critical role that supports the firm's business growth by creating compelling proposals and pitches while navigating compressed timelines and managing relationships across the firm.

The key responsibilities of this role are:


  • Lead RFP responses from strategy to submission, ensuring alignment with requirements and brand consistency.
  • Develop compelling, clear, and persuasive proposal content, including executive summaries, under tight deadlines.
  • Edit and refine multi-contributor content into cohesive and professional deliverables.
  • Manage multiple concurrent proposals, timelines, and competing priorities effectively.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders at all levels, ensuring timely input, approvals, and strong collaboration.
  • Anticipate challenges, mitigate potential delays, and maintain exceptional quality standards throughout the proposal process.



What You Bring


  • 3-5 years of proposal writing experience in professional services.
  • Proven ability to meet aggressive deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and project management skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office; InDesign experience is a plus.
  • A degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
  • Bilingualism (French written skills) is an asset.
