The Job
As a Full-Cycle Consultant, you will work closely with the team and perform full-cycle recruiting for full-time, and contract positions. You will find and maintain good working relationships with clients. Your duties will also include, but not be limited to:
- Proactively acquiring clients and candidates through diverse channels such as cold/warm calling, social media, and networking
- Collaborating with clients to identify staffing needs and developing strong relationships with hiring managers
- Conducting in-depth interviews, reference checks, and overseeing the entire recruitment process from posting job descriptions to candidate onboarding
- Maintaining an up-to-date CRM, ensuring accurate candidate information and effective communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle
- Participating in ongoing improvements to recruitment methodologies while staying abreast of industry trends
- Meeting monthly recruitment targets as outlined by management
What you bring to the job

- Post-secondary education
- 2+ years’ agency recruitment/sales experience, with the ability to recruit for a variety of positions and in-depth understanding of the recruitment industry
- Computer literate in Word, Excel and Internet savvy
- Excellent communication skills with an aptitude for negotiation
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanour
- Ability to handle confidential information

The role is 100% commission. Typically averaging $60K annually, however earning potential is uncapped.
