LHH has the privilege of working with a premier AmLaw 200 firm's Wilmington, DE office on adding a talented Commercial / Chancery Litigation Associate to their renowned practice. This is an excellent opportunity for immediate hands-on work, complex high-stakes litigation, robust mentorship, and the platform and resources offered by a prestigious AmLaw outfit.

Key Duties:

• Litigate complex Commercial / Chancery Matters on behalf of commercial clients at scale, including Fortune 500 businesses and major regional companies
• Routinely submit and argue matters in DE State, Chancery, and Federal Courts
• Delve into Appellate practice as-needed for complicated, high-exposure suits
• Enjoy extensive work in the Arbitration / ADR space for such business disputes

Core Qualifications:

• Min 3yrs of exp in Commercial Litigation (Chancery experience is a plus)
• Must be licensed to practice law in Delaware (DE)
• Any admission to adjacent states / jurisdictions is a plus (NJ, PA, MD, VA)

Position Details:

• ~$210,000 - $300,000 base (Commensurate with experience, candidate-specific)
