About This Role
As an HRIS Consultant, you will partner with HR Directors to analyze work process design and flow, improve processes, and leverage the return on technological capabilities. You will build project plans, ensure adherence to project schedules, and maintain a systems orientation while working effectively with peers to set technology priorities and construct long-term planning.
What You Will Work On
Partner with various functional teams (HR, Benefits, Compensation, Payroll, Talent, IT, Legal etc.) to support business applications by advising best practices, recommending process improvements and implementing system enhancements that advance the goals of the client's business
Serve as a functional and/or technical lead to scope projects and ensure delivered solutions fulfill the needs of stakeholders, and oversee system integrations
Be responsible for project management and oversee the planning and implementation of HRIS systems, designing system specifications and working with HRIS vendor programmers to develop, enhance and/or modify the HRIS system(s)
Enhance business process and reporting needs through the development of custom reports to ensure data integrity of the system(s); and maintain data integrity by running queries, analyzing data and working with the HR team to evaluate gaps
Develop meaningful status and statistical reports to inform the client of the training needs for end users, modify and/or develop training materials and provide the necessary training to meet those needs
What You Will Bring
Bachelor's degree in business administration, information technology or human resource management required. At least five years of database management or related experience required with at least three years in a supervisory position. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

- Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
- Pay Range: $55-60
