About This Role
As an Analyst, you will help with audit-related activities. In this role, you will provide essential support by responding to auditor requests. You will utilize your consolidations expertise as well as your knowledge of QuickBooks to support our clients needs. You will work 5 days on site in Deer Park, TX.
What You Will Work On
- Prepare and consolidate financial schedules in Excel, including balance sheets, cash flows, and accounts receivable/payable.
- Extract and compile audit reports from instances of QuickBooks.
- Map financial data to trial balances and ensure accuracy for audit purposes.
- Collaborate effectively with Big 4 audit teams, providing necessary documentation and support.
What You Will Bring
- Bachelor's Degree of Accounting, Finance or related field required
- Experience in public accounting.
- Proven experience with QuickBooks, especially in handling multiple instances.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Solid consolidation expertise.
- Ability to work seamlessly with Big 4 audit teams.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills to build relationships and foster trust at all organizational levels and a strong client service orientation.
What You Can Expect

- Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
- Pay Range: $55/hr. - $70/hr.
