Vice President of Sales to join our growing performance marketing agency. The VP of Sales will play a critical role in driving revenue growth, personally generating sales, leading the sales team, executing the company's business development strategies, and establishing and scaling the agency's sales operations to meet aggressive growth targets in client acquisition. The ideal candidate will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in sales, and sales leadership, particularly within marketing, digital advertising, or related industries.

About the Role - Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the agency's business goals, including lead generation and client acquisition.
- Leadership & Team Development: Recruit, train, and mentor the sales team. Foster a performance-driven culture by setting clear goals and monitoring team performance.
- Revenue & Growth Management: Take full ownership of revenue targets, pipeline management, and forecasting. Drive consistent growth by identifying new opportunities, optimizing sales processes, and expanding into new markets.
- Acquire New Clients: Responsible for self-generating leads and turning them into signed clients.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders. Serve as an advocate for the agency's services and a trusted partner to clients.
- Market Research & Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to adapt and refine the sales approach. Identify emerging opportunities and challenges in the market.
- Collaborate with Leadership Team: While this role is not initially on the leadership team, the role will be expected to work closely with the leadership team, including marketing, operations, and account management, to ensure cross-functional alignment in achieving company objectives

Your Experience- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- 10+ years of sales experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, ideally in a marketing agency or similar environment.
- Proven success in driving revenue growth and managing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of marketing, digital advertising, and related services.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, public speaking, conversation, and writing skills.
- Experience in sales operations, CRM systems, and performance management.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
