Our client is currently recruiting for the role of, Bilingual French speaking Customer Service Specialist to join a dynamic and energetic team. The CSS is responsible for providing best in class customer service, processing sales orders and supporting the external Sales team. This position reports to the Sales Support Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Customer Service – professional front line customer care via phone and email
- Order desk – process sales orders, ensure timely and accurate data entry and liaise with internal and external partners
- Order management – track and manage backorders and holds
- Support external Sales team – track sales leads, provide product and inventory updates, coordinate project quotes
- Administrative and additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Fluent in French & English
- 3+ years of sales support and customer service experience
- Proficient in the use of all Microsoft Office applications
- Experience in the flooring or importing is an asset
- An excellent communicator (both verbal and written) with advanced active listening skills and a team player
- A strong problem solver and customer focused with a natural ability to breakdown issues and identify/recommend solutions
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Self-starter and have a proven track record of meeting deadlines
- Results-oriented with a strong business acumen
