Our client, a well-established and reputable law firm in Richmond, B.C. is seeking a new Associate Litigation Lawyer with 1 year of call experience to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed legal research and analysis to support litigation matters.
• Prepare legal memoranda, pleadings, and other court documents.
• Assist in drafting and responding to legal correspondence.
• Appear in court for procedural matters and assist senior counsel in hearings and trials.
• Collaborate with colleagues on case strategy and client representation.
• Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients regarding case progress.

Qualifications:

• Called to the Bar in British Columbia (1 year of call experience)
• In good standing with the Law Society of British Columbia.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
