Accounts Payable Clerk - Position Description

n
• 3-6 years minimum of Accounts Payable experience. Large company preferred.n
• Experience working with large complex projects and large AP teams.n
• Three-way matching experience for payment verification. Experience in escalation if discrepancies are identified.n
• Experience processing large volume of invoices, as well as a strong understanding of manual AP process (versus automated).n
• Exposure with high-revenue projects for job costing (example: 1 billion+)n
• Very strong business acumen and communication skills, both verbal and writtenn
• Ability to work with multiple business units and levels within an organizationn
• Ability to hit the ground running and take ramp up quicklyn

• 3 years of AP experience within a large/complex environment n
• Commitment to a multi-year opportunity in the San Antonio marketn
• Willingness to be on-site 5 days a week (southside of SATX)n
• Eligibility to work in the USAn
