  • Reconciling incoming vendor invoice discrepancies          n
  • Respond to internal and external AP inquiriesn
  • Prepare analysis of vendor accountsn
  • Assist with managing vendor relationshipsn
  • Recommend and complete actions to resolve discrepanciesn
  • Assist with process improvement initiativesn
  • Review processes to insure proper general ledger account codingn
  • Assist on monthly reconciliation and closing of accounts payable sub-ledgern
  • Assist in month-end and weekly reporting preparationn
