Position Overview:

The Superintendent will oversee the day-to-day operations of ground-up commercial construction projects, ensuring successful completion on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all on-site construction activities for ground-up commercial projects.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and site personnel.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring adherence to milestones and deadlines.
• Enforce strict compliance with safety regulations and company protocols.
• Conduct regular site meetings and provide updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify and resolve on-site challenges to maintain progress and quality.

Qualifications:
