Job Description Physical Therapist We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care with minimal supervision. You will develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, and contribute to case management while ensuring excellent patient outcomes. This role involves maintaining positive relationships with clients and facilities in an outpatient environment.
Key Responsibilities: - Adhere to state practice laws and the physical therapy scope of practice.
- Evaluate, treat, and provide skilled therapy services based on medical necessity.
- Document patient progress, treatment plans, and medical necessity clearly and on time.
- Ensure compliance with Medicare, OSHA, and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain open, respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, and caregivers.
- Participate in facility meetings and present clinical in-services as directed.
- Complete continuing education to meet state licensure requirements.
