Schedule and Compensation:

• Flexible work hours: Choose from 31, 33, or 40 hours per week.
• Competitive pay: $39.50/hr to $53/hr, based on experience.

Qualifications:

• Education: Degree in Physical Therapy.
• Licensure: Current Ohio Physical Therapy License or eligibility to obtain one.
• Experience: At least one clinical rotation in a Rehabilitation Services setting, such as:
  
  • Acute Rehab
  • Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
  • Acute Medical
  • Outpatient
  • Home Health
  • Behavioral Health

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment plans for referred patients.
• Provide group and/or one-on-one therapy sessions for patients with diverse diagnoses and symptoms.
