LLH Recruitment Solutions is seeking Payroll Administrators based in Albuquerque, NM area. This role is Contract-to-Hire .
Responsibilities
In this Payroll Administrator position, you will monitor and ensure accurate processing and maintenance of employee payroll records and data, including computing and posting wages and deductions the preparation of paychecks.
- Collect, compile, and enter payroll data necessary to process bi-weekly payroll, making corrections as needed to finalize payroll
- Performs research and responds to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters benefits and deductions, escalating complex issues when appropriate
- Reconcile payroll related GL accounts
- Work to resolve any HRIS issues, which includes opening and responding to service issues
- Verify tax payments are made and returns are filed correctly
- Assist management with special projects as needed
Skills & Abilities - Experience in ERP systems such as Sage Intacct (preferred), PeopleSoft/Oracle, ADP, NetSuite, UltiPro or UKG Pro
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
- Solid understanding of payroll principles, regulations, and practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Extremely detailed oriented person, with solid payroll administration knowledge
- Customer service orientation when interacting with employees, excellent follow up, sense of urgency, and ownership of ones work
Qualifications - Associate's Degree or equivalent from two-year College or technical school preferred, High School Diploma
- 3 - 5+ Years payroll processing experience

Pay Details: $23.00 to $27.00 per hour
