We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be working with customers in a bank setting while completing banking transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include addressing customer inquiries, managing loan payments and balancing accounts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
key responsibilities
- Performs a variety of full-service customer service representative duties to support the paying and receiving function of the community office of which the following are illustrative
- Places memo posts on accounts when necessary.
- Balances cash drawer accurately and efficiently according to branch policy and compares totaled amounts to Integrated teller total.
- Reports malfunctions of teller machines and other equipment used at the customer service station.
- May be required to balance and/or service ATM machines
- Receives and processes mortgage, consumer loan and other payments.
- Generates customer receipts.
qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Preferred minimum of six (6) months of cash handling and/or customer service experience.
- Ability to work all shifts including day shifts and Saturday's.
