Job Description

Spherion Naples is seeking a dynamic Spanish/English speaking Customer Service Associate for a Swimming Pool Contractor in Naples Florida. Engage with our valued customers, address inquiries, and resolve concerns. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and have excellent communication skills, and are looking for growth opportunities, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Engage with customers via telephone to provide comprehensive support and information on our products or services.
Expertly handle customer questions and complaints, utilizing your active listening skills to understand their needs.
Efficiently manage customer accounts, maintaining detailed records of interactions, inquiries, complaints, and comments.
Generate call back request tickets for issues beyond your immediate knowledge, ensuring timely resolution.
Perform follow-up and escalation procedures to address and resolve customer requests effectively.
Take on additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of the team.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Skills:
Comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer (optional standing desk available).
Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous customer service experience is required.
Excellent communication skills, including active listening, to effectively understand and address customer needs.
A service-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to resolving customer grievances.
Proficient computer skills and a quick ability to adapt to new processes.
