Monday.com Consultant (Hybrid - Colorado Residents Only)

We are seeking an experienced Monday.com Consultant to design and implement a custom Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solution. Collaborating with the PMO team at Jefferson County's award-winning Business Innovation & Technology Department, you’ll streamline project tracking, enhance collaboration, and drive efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Configure Monday.com for PPM, including workflows, dashboards, and reporting.

Implement automations and integrate with tools like MS Project, Salesforce, or Slack.

Train users, provide support, and troubleshoot system issues.

Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless adoption.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience with Monday.com, focusing on PPM or similar systems.

Strong project management and system design skills.

Proficient in Monday.com automations, integrations, and reporting.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred: Knowledge of Agile methodologies, advanced automation, and enterprise-level solutions.
