PROFESSIONAL STANDARDS ADMINISTRATOR

The Job!
You will be focused on advising members on continuing education requirements and qualifying activities. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Conduct follow-up calls to educate members on CPE requirements and qualifying professional development activities.
- Advise on declaring completed CPE activities.
- Track and report progress of follow-up calls.
- Respond to inquiries via email or phone.
- Prepare analytics on CPE compliance levels.
- Perform occasional administrative tasks and other duties as assigned.
What you bring to the job
You are someone with excellent time management skills and can thrive in a deadline-driven work environment. You stay calm when under pressure and come with the following qualifications and skills:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and online platforms.
- Knowledge of iMIS database and bilingualism in English and French are assets.
- Demonstrates professionalism, ethical behavior, organizational skills, and time management.
- Effective, clear, and appropriate communication tailored to the audience.
- High accuracy, attention to detail, and commitment to excellence.
- Maintains accountability and overcomes obstacles.
- Able to work in office 5 days a week
