The Job!
Join us for an exciting role as a Contract Coordinator in the Contract Funding department. You will report to the Contract Funding Supervisor and play a vital role in:
- Accurately processing lease and loan contracts
- Verifying incoming documents for accuracy and completeness, and inputting data accordingly
- Matching and confirming terms and numbers on incoming contracts
- Identifying and resolving contract discrepancies through effective communication with dealers
- Completing any other necessary duties
What you bring to the job
You are someone with careful attention to detail and love giving great customer service. You also come with:
- Post-secondary education (ideal)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred
- Strong computer skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Exceptional organizational skills
