What You’ll Do:

• Work with individuals and families to manage their estates and plan for seamless asset transfers.
• Draft legal documents such as wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advance medical directives.
• Provide expert counsel on tax implications, business succession planning, charitable giving, and navigating complex family dynamics.
• Guide clients through probate and trust administration processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree and admission to the Virginia State Bar.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in trust and estate planning, trust administration, or probate law.
• Expertise in complex estate planning, including tax-efficient and charitable planning, is preferred.
• Familiarity with estate and trust litigation.
• Strong knowledge of trust and estate law, tax codes, probate procedures, and asset protection strategies.
