A top AmLaw firm with an office in Baltimore, MD , is seeking a junior to mid-level associate (2–4 years of experience) to join its Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities (CMBS) team .

About the Role:

This position is ideal for candidates with:

• Commercial real estate finance litigation and related transactional experience.
• Expertise in managing discovery projects (drafting requests and responses, handling document productions, managing depositions, etc.).
• Skills in motion-related projects (research, drafting motions, and assisting with complex filings).

Additional Experience:

• Bankruptcy litigation experience is highly desirable.
• Candidates must have stellar academic credentials , excellent research, writing, and communication skills, and bar admission in Maryland.

Work Model & Compensation:

This role offers a hybrid work model , providing flexibility while ensuring collaboration within the Baltimore office.

Target annual pay range: $245,000–$265,000 .
