Qualifications

• 2-6 years experience representing companies and their officers and directors in stockholder class action litigation, derivative litigation, and complex commercial litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery
• Experience conducting internal investigations on behalf of special board committees is beneficial
• Current Delaware bar licensure is required

Excellent academic credentials are a must.
