• Experience: 3-5 years of experience handling complex business disputes.
• Requirements: Federal court clerkship experience is required.
• Preferred Skills: Strong writing skills, deposition and court experience, expertise in legal research, drafting motions and briefs, managing complex e-discovery, preparing deposition outlines and exhibits, and fact investigation and development.
• Business Development: Associates are encouraged to actively participate in business development efforts.
