• Contract Duration: 4-months
• Worksite Location: Golden Valley, MN

What you’ll do as the Senior Buyer:

• Lead Category Management and Source-to-Pay processes with a focus on service excellence, supplier performance, risk management, and maximizing value delivery.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to manage project pipelines, advance category strategies, and oversee ongoing supplier performance.
• Manage the budget and financial processes for the category scope.
• Identify market risks and opportunities, considering total cost of ownership and cash flow impacts.
• Foster growth through internal and external connections.

What you’ll bring to the Senior Buyer role:

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Strong financial acumen with excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate, influence, and motivate others. Capable of building and maintaining relationships across Supply Chain, ITQ, and Operating Units.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to "connect the dots" and demonstrate curiosity.
• Effective decision-making skills, with the ability to seek out necessary information and ask for help when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in Sourcing, Buying, Engineering, Manufacturing, or Finance.
