Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic individual to fill a 3-in-1 role combining project management, estimating, and superintendent responsibilities for our aggregate services projects. This role requires a versatile and experienced professional who can handle all aspects of construction, from estimating and project management to overseeing the day-to-day operations on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Oversee multiple aggregate construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and scope. Collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to coordinate all project stages.
- Estimating: Accurately prepare cost estimates, review project specifications, and develop competitive bids. Manage procurement and ensure efficient material sourcing.
- Superintendent: Supervise field operations, maintain safety standards, and lead site personnel. Ensure high-quality work, timely delivery of materials, and efficient use of equipment.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in construction, aggregate services, or a similar field.
- Strong skills in project management, estimating, and supervision.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with aggregate production and services.
- Experience working with family-owned businesses.
