My client is established and has been in business for over 50 years. They specialize in fresh and frozen poultry, beef and pork products.

They are looking to bring in several warehouse supervisors to help run the warehouses. These are temp-to-hire positions.

*This position is labor intensive, fast-paced and they are looking for candidates who work hard*

Hours : Sunday-Thursday 8am-630pm ***MUST BE FLEXIBLE***

Must Have’s:

• Pallet jack
• Exp with stand up forklift – Will certify if needed
• Ok with working in cold environments
• Lift 70 pounds

Day-to-day

• Staff Supervision:

Manage and lead a team of warehouse associates, assigning tasks, evaluating performance, and addressing employee concerns.

• Inventory Management:

Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate stock records.

• Receiving and Shipping Operations:

Oversee the receiving process, including inspecting deliveries, verifying quantities, and coordinating with suppliers; manage the shipping process, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.

• Warehouse Efficiency:

Implement operational procedures to optimize warehouse space utilization, streamline workflows, and improve productivity.

• Safety Compliance:

Enforce safety regulations, conduct safety training, and address safety concerns to maintain a safe working environment.

• Quality Control:

Inspect products for quality issues and ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Data Management:

Maintain accurate records of inventory transactions, generate reports on warehouse performance, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.

• Communication and Collaboration:

Coordinate with other departments, such as customer service and sales, to address order issues and ensure timely delivery

Pay- $30-$35/hr + LOTS OF OT!
