Our client is a top 50 AM law firm who is seeking an experienced Litigation Associate with 2-3 years of experience to join their high-profile litigation team in California, with San Diego as the preferred office location.

About the Role
As a key member of our team, you will handle complex litigation matters and be actively involved in:
- Conducting legal research and brief-writing.
- Managing document production and discovery.
- Supporting the growth of the practice through client development activities, such as contributing to articles, attending speaking engagements, and networking.
- Collaboration & Flexibility
- We value teamwork at Mintz and encourage associates to work from the office approximately 60% of the time, in line with our hybrid work guidelines.
Qualifications
We are seeking candidates who meet the following criteria:
- JD or LLM from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admitted or eligible for admission in California.
- 2-3 years of experience handling complex litigation matters.
- Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated professionalism with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage competing responsibilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to collaborate and work effectively as part of a team.
