This opportunity is located in DTLA and will be in the office at a hybrid scheudle. This opportunity is looking for someone with direct experience working in the Legal industry . This opportunity is looking to pay between 140k-170k on a direct hire basis.

Job Specifications:

• Shape and implement HR policies and procedures
• Help support talent managment
• Collaborate and manage employee training and development
• Handling all employee relations and employee engagement responsibilities
• Over 8 years of HR Manager experience required for role
• Experience working at a Law Firm or other Professional services environment required
• Bachelors Degree highly preferred
