Job Specifications:

• Providing day to day functional and technical support to customers
• Responding to billing questions and escalations
• Answering customer inquires on social media
• Inbound/outbound chat, email, and calls to assist with account management
• Over 3 plus year of Technical/Customer support experience required
• AA Degree or Bachelors Degree required
• Experience working in the automotive/electrical vehicle experience highly preferred
