OVERVIEW
Rambus, a premier chip and silicon IP provider, is seeking to hire an exceptional HR Coordinator to join our HR team in our headquarters location (San Jose, CA). Candidates will be joining some of the brightest inventors and engineers in the world to develop products that make data faster and safer.
As a HR Coordinator, the candidate will be reporting to the Sr Director of HR and is a Full-Time Contractor position. This is a highly visible role within the company and will be working directly with recruiters and hiring managers to fulfill hiring needs across the company for North America and Europe region.
Rambus offers a flexible work environment, embracing a hybrid approach for the majority of our office-based roles. We encourage employees to spend an average of at least three days per week working onsite while also allowing for two days of remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Work with hiring managers/recruiters to initiate requisitions in Rambus’ applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Partner with hiring managers/recruiters to schedule candidate interviews as well as roundtable assessment meetings through MS Teams/Outlook.
- Support recruiters in preparing/routing offer letters as well as initiating background checks upon acceptance in Rambus’ ATS.
- Work directly with candidates/hiring managers to initiate onboarding activity in Rambus’ ATS and ensure accurate tracking of new hire paperwork.
- Enter new hire information into Rambus’ HR Information System (HRIS).
- Conduct new hire orientation (NHO) for US and Canada new hires which includes corporate overview as well as HR policies/programs.
- Create and maintain all employee files, I-9 records and system records.
- Process employment verifications (as needed).
- Assist HR Business Partners on other special projects (as needed).
Qualifications:
- HS Diploma (Bachelor’s degree in HR Mgmt preferred but not required)
- Minimum of 2 years of HR Coordinator experience in high-tech industry
- Applicant Tracking System experience (preferably iCIMS)
- HRIS Systems experience (preferably MS Dynamics 365)
- MS Office experience (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- High level of attention to detail is critical
- Self-sufficient and ability to work with little direct supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with special attention to responsiveness to candidates/hiring mangers/recruiters

The US range for this full-time position is $20 to $30 per hour. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. The successful candidate’s starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location and market conditions.
