Are you an experienced Electrical Design Engineer looking for an exciting opportunity to work on commercial and industrial projects? We're seeking a dynamic professional to join our team in Pittsburgh, PA, and collaborate with Project Managers and other team members to successfully complete electrical design and engineering tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and analyze power distribution, lighting, grounding, and more in compliance with project requirements and codes.
• Perform arc flash, short circuit, and coordination studies.
• Provide technical guidance to designers for construction deliverables.
• Assist in preparing procurement and construction specs and bid evaluations.
• Coordinate with vendors and other departments to resolve design challenges.
• Conduct site visits and ensure the quality of work by the design team.
• Review and update department design standards for compliance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of electrical design engineering experience in heavy industrial facilities.
• Expertise in power distribution, substations, arc flash studies, and conduit/cable sizing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering; P.E. preferred.
• Proficiency with E-tap, AutoCAD, or REVIT.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
