We’re hiring an Environmental Field Supervisor to lead our Emissions Monitoring efforts!

If you have a strong technical background in Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) and emissions compliance, this is a fantastic opportunity to make an impact. You’ll manage a team, ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, and be the technical subject matter expert for emissions detection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee our LDAR program, ensuring compliance and mitigating risk.
• Lead a team of LDAR inspectors and contractors, providing technical support.
• Manage emissions monitoring databases and key metrics.
• Oversee compliance with NSPS OOOO a/b/c, including updating monitoring plans.
• Support methane emissions detection efforts, from direct measurements to innovative solutions like drones and satellites.
• Navigate EPA’s super emitter program and investigate public satellite data to ensure proper responses to detections.
• Ensure compliance with emissions regulations, including European Union (EU) requirements.
• Evaluate new technologies and provide recommendations to leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Sciences, Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Eight (8) years of Environmental or Oil & Gas industry experience.
• Five (5) years of progressive, relevant technical and supervisory experience.
