Your role as a Commissioning Engineer:
As a Commissioning Engineer , you’ll lead commissioning efforts to ensure buildings perform at their peak. Your work will focus on optimizing building systems, reducing operational costs, and enhancing occupant comfort.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage commissioning plans tailored to each project.
- Perform commissioning activities on various building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Ensure compliance with engineering specifications through testing and verification.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues in building automation and MEP systems.

What You Bring to the Table
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, or architectural engineering (or equivalent).
- 3-5+ years of commissioning experience OR 5-10+ years in related fields like MEP systems or building automation.
- Proven experience leading new construction commissioning projects .
- Strong knowledge of building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and automation technologies.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents, identifying potential issues.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Teams , Excel , and Word .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage clients and teams effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional Engineering (PE) license or EIT certification .
- Industry certifications such as LEED AP , CEM , BCxP , or CCP .
- Willingness to travel locally up to 20% for on-site commissioning.
