About the Role:
Join our client, a dynamic renewable energy company, as an Electrical Engineer and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of clean energy. You'll lead and manage electrical engineering projects, from initial feasibility studies to final project execution. As a key member of their growing team, you'll contribute to our mission of delivering innovative and sustainable energy solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive engineering feasibility studies, including cost analysis, technical assessments, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Oversee project procurement and subcontractor management, ensuring optimal performance and cost-effectiveness.
- Lead project execution, coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement robust engineering standards, procedures, and best practices to enhance project efficiency and quality.
- Mentor and develop junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in electrical engineering, with a focus on renewable energy projects
- 5+ years of experience leading EPC teams
- Professional Engineer (PE) license
- Strong technical and analytical skills, including proficiency in relevant engineering software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams
- Ability to work in office (Energy Corridor)
