Project Manager – HVAC and MEP Focus

As a Project Manager specializing in HVAC and MEP projects, you’ll lead the planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems for commercial and industrial construction projects. Your expertise will ensure these critical systems are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all phases of HVAC and MEP projects, including planning, design coordination, budgeting, and execution.
• Collaborate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to align project goals and deliverables.
• Manage project schedules and budgets, ensuring on-time delivery and cost control.
• Identify and resolve challenges to keep projects running smoothly.
• Enforce strict adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory requirements for HVAC and MEP systems.
• Provide clear and consistent updates to stakeholders, including project forecasts and reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and future opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing HVAC and MEP projects in commercial and industrial construction.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems, including design, installation, and commissioning.
• Strong skills in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource management.
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities to effectively lead teams and manage client relationships.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred).
• PMP certification or equivalent (a plus).
