Job Overview

We are seeking a Construction Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate cost estimates for construction projects, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.

Duties

- Visit construction sites during bid phase to complete pre-bid surveys for bidding

- Create RFQ’s/RFP’s to invite subs to bid on projects

- Analyze project specifications and blueprints to prepare accurate estimates

- Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, and Architects to understand project requirements

- Negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing

- Utilize Construction in-house estimating software to create detailed cost breakdowns

Requirements

- Proven experience in commercial Ground Up and TI Construction Estimating

- Strong knowledge of Construction principles and practices

- Ability to interpret construction documents

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills

- Excellent organization skills
