Job Title: Sr. React Developer
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid, 3 days in-office per week)

Responsibilities:
- Design and implement user-facing features using React frameworks.
- Develop scalable, high-performance React-based applications and software.
- Ensure all applications comply with ADA design standards to create inclusive user experiences.

- Maintain and optimize existing React applications for usability and performance.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven expertise in React Development, Design, and Management .
- Hands-on experience with React-based application development .
- Proficiency in React-based software solutions .
- Strong understanding of ADA Design Compliance for accessible applications.
- Demonstrated experience in UI/UX Design , with a focus on creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- Familiarity with modern development tools and practices, including Agile methodologies.
