Job Title: Core .NET Developer (Hybrid - Jersey City, NJ)

Location: Jersey City, NJ (Hybrid)

Contract Duration: 12-18 Months

Pay Range: $65-68/hr (W2 only)

About the Role:

We are seeking a Core .NET Developer to join our team for a 12-18 month contract with a leading financial client . This is a hybrid role based in Jersey City, NJ. The ideal candidate should have a passion for hands-on coding and problem-solving, with the ability to design solutions and effectively communicate their ideas.

Must-Have / Required Skills:

• 8+ years of experience in .NET Core development
• Expertise with Blazor
• Strong Web API development skills
• Hands-on coding experience - must be a resource focused on development and solutions, not a lead role
• Strong communication skills - ability to speak their mind, propose ideas, and provide clear insights

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and understand client requirements and develop story-level designs to deliver solutions.
• Demonstrate ownership and initiative to contribute innovative ideas and solutions.
• Apply knowledge of business processes to deliver assigned tasks.
• Work in an Agile environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using modern development practices.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers where needed.
• Collaborate with other teams to design and deliver high-quality applications.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with Telerik controls .
• Knowledge of Oracle 12c database .
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Horizon, BitBucket, Artifactory .
• Ability to read code in multiple programming languages and inspect infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience in designing enterprise-level systems.
• Strong facilitation and communication skills (verbal and written).
