Job Title: Lead Agile Scrum Master

Duration: 1 year contract

Location: Atlanta, Georgia (hybrid 2-3 days onsite)

Required Pay Scale: $70-$72/hour on W2

** MUST BE IN ATLANTA OR LOCAL, NO RELOCATION**

Responsibilities/Description:

-Leads and coaches the organization in its Scrum adoption.

-Scrum Master for multiple squads with deliveries for the following projects: ETD/ETA, BTFS, LOFT/SVoF- FORT retrial, and a few more.

-Plans Scrum implementations within the organization.

-Helps employees and stakeholders understand and enact Scrum and empirical product development.

-Recommends change that increases the productivity of the Scrum Team.

-Ensures the Product Owner knows how to arrange the Product Backlog to maximize value.

-Facilitates Scrum events as requested or needed.

-Coaches the Development Team in self-organization and cross-functionality

Requirements!!:

• 7+ years Project Management/Scrum Master experience
• Experience working with multiple squads at once
• Expertise working with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership, project management, and agile lead skills
• Extensive project development, troubleshooting, documentation, and deployment experience
• MUST BE CURRENTLY LOCAL
