Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the deployment phase, providing exceptional customer support.
• Maintain accurate records of deployment activities, including documentation and data entry.
• Proofread and review all deployment-related materials for accuracy and clarity.
• Be team lead and answer any escalated tickets.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the deployment process.
• Provide training and support to team members as needed to facilitate successful deployments.
